Terms & Conditions

By accessing and using T.I.P.S platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the Platform Solutions provided by TelcoSolve:

1. Purpose of Data Collection and Use:

  • TelcoSolve collects personal data for the purposes of fulfilling user requirements and providing tailored solutions in alignment with your chosen use case.
  • The collected information will be used strictly for generating use case responses, providing clarifications, and, where applicable, developing solution quotes.
  • All data collection adheres to relevant privacy laws, including but not limited to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and DPDP (Digital Personal Data Protection), ensuring that your consent is properly obtained before data collection and that your privacy rights are protected.

2. Customer Registration / Subscription:

  • Before submitting any requirements, you will be prompted to Subscribe / Register and provide relevant identity details for authentication purposes.
  • By registering, you agree to TelcoSolve storing and using this information to facilitate the requested services and to improve the user experience.
  • Paid Subscription allows you to get the benefit of prioritised response to your Requirement Assessments.
  • Separate costs applicable for Solution Delivery (SaaS, PaaS, PoC, CoE Labs, Due Diligence, Feasibility Study, SDLC, Vendor Support etc) & to be discussed in meetings.

3. User Maturity and Legal Awareness:

  • By registering and using the T.I.P.S platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the capacity to understand and comply with the legal and regulatory responsibilities associated with the platform.
  • You also acknowledge awareness of applicable industrial governance frameworks such as GDPR, Responsible AI, Responsible Tech, and related regulatory standards impacting the usage of telecom and digital platforms.
  • Region specific age limit may be applicable depending on the geography of the Subscriber, and their regional government regulations.

4. Requirement Submission & Processing:

  • Upon submission of your use case requirement, TelcoSolve will issue a tracking number for future reference. The standard response time for initial feedback ranges between one and two weeks.
  • During the first week, you are required to submit payment for the use case response. Failure to complete payment may result in delays or the termination of your request.
  • Clarifications for the use case response will be provided for up to five days after submission, with a maximum engagement time of one hour per day.

5. Solution Delivery (Beyond Use Case Response):

  • Should you wish to explore full solution delivery (as listed above) from TelcoSolve, you will be redirected to the Solution Request page for further meetings or agreement with TelcoSolve on associated costs towards your preferred Platform Solution Delivery item/s, such as SaaS, PaaS, PoC, CoE Labs, Due Diligence, Feasibility Study, SDLC, Vendor Support etc.
  • Please note that solution delivery services are separate from the Subscription based priority use case response, and a separate fee will be applicable. The cost and scope of solution delivery will be communicated during mutual meetings, and additional terms may apply.

6. Payment and Refund Policy:

  • All payments for use case responses and solution delivery services must be completed before TelcoSolve can process or deliver the requested service.
  • No refunds will be provided once the use case response or solution delivery process has been initiated, except in cases where TelcoSolve fails to meet its obligations under these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability:

  • TelcoSolve is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of business, data, or profits, arising from the use of the platform or services offered.
  • The provided use case responses are intended for informational purposes only. While TelcoSolve strives for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the proposed solutions or responses will meet your exact requirements unless a full solution delivery agreement is made.

8. Modifications to Services or Terms:

  • TelcoSolve reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services or these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to registered users through the platform.
  • By registering and using this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this disclaimer.
