Here’s Verizon also joining the group of elite organizations, realizing worth of 5G radio network, through it’s own Use Case. It would not only be potentially leading to better pricing and performance of home broadband services.. but also influence similar such business case studies through competitors.
Let me add a simple analogy to need for innovation, generation by generation? The answer is simple – Take a look at very first railway locomotive that was steam hauled, and it did find itself transformed to various stages – the narrow gauge, the meter gauge, the broad gauge.. and slowly reached stage of magneto-levitation on tracks – and you know the resultant experience.
Rest assured, technology is meant to change and evolve – for sole purpose to meet demand trends, involving ease of usage, speed and accuracy, to name few.
If one understood this basic correlation, then there shouldn’t be any stoppage for 5G in Telecom either.
Perhaps that’s the best way to collectively embrace ‘5G’ in happening! And how someone like me associated with telecom industry for almost two decades would correlate the trend ..that’s exactly how we saw the essence of earlier evolution with 2.5G—EDGE—3G+ times in Telecom.
