Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to the solutions offered by TelcoSolve®, under T.I.P.S (TelcoSolve Integrated Platform solutions). Please carefully review our refund policy below, which applies to all enterprise subscriptions.

1. Enterprise Subscription Terms

1.1 Validity
All enterprise subscriptions are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of successful subscription.

1.2 No Cancellation or Refund
Once your enterprise subscription has been successfully processed and payment has been made, the subscription is non-cancellable and non-refundable. You agree to pay for the full duration of the subscription period (6 months), and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, after completion of the payment process.

2. No Refunds

2.1 Policy on Refunds
Due to the nature of the Subscription and the Solutions provided, once you have Subscribed and your payment has been processed, no refunds or partial refunds will be granted, even if you decide to discontinue using our Platform before the end of the 6-month term.

3. Service Availability

3.1 Access to Services
You will continue to have access to the subscribed services for the full duration of your subscription, regardless of whether you continue to use them. If you experience any issues accessing the services, please contact our support team, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. T.I.P.S is one stop shop for our enterprise customers to confidently express their solution, technical and project requirements with us.

3.2 Solutions Requests on T.I.P.S
T.I.P.S Platform provides you with unique experience in expressing your Solutioning requirements pertaining to your industry and associated segments. The initial set of details you share will be full complying with GDPR/DPDP/Data Privy norms and our system will not store any of your data once your Solutioning requirements are met.

3.3 In subscription period
Any pre-mature requirement information shared via T.I.P.S from you to us, will be going through thorough iteration until it is mutually agreed, to next stage of paid engagements such as Software Development, Testing, Deployment, Integration, Customization, Due Diligence, Support etc as applicable.

Any Free PoC, PoV could be agreed mutually, with possibility of such task not exceeding two weeks. Any PoC/PoV exceeding two weeks shall be naturally converted to paid engagement on case-by-case basis.

You will continue to have access to the subscribed services for the full duration of your subscription, regardless of whether you continue to use them. If you experience any issues accessing the services, please contact our support team, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Our Workplace Policy:

At TelcoSolve, we have updated our workplace policy effective March 2025, which includes the following provisions:

  1. Currently, TelcoSolve operates under Hybrid Work Norms with need-based seating arrangements at nasscom startup and/or WeWork office facilities in Bangalore City, India (Or) at HSD Campus in Den Haag City, The Netherlands.
  2. For client-facing projects, a mutual workplace policy agreement will be signed between TelcoSolve and its clients before any project assignments commence. This agreement will also cover global compliances such as IFRS15, IR35, OHS, GST/iGST, LUT, IEC, etc. based on the business requirements of the project.
  3. For projects requiring onsite presence of TelcoSolve employees, they will abide by the workplace policy of the client’s office in that geography.
  4. Incentives for both Fixed-Term and Rolling Contracts will be mutually agreed and accepted between TelcoSolve management and its employees before project assignments commence. Apart from salary, any incentives will be specific to the contract or project.
  5. Regional and country-specific vaccination policies will be in place in mutual agreement with clients, employees and commercial partners as per each contract or project.
  6. For reverse engineering services, such engagements will fully comply with the region and country-specific trade laws & regulations and client contracts, including working on outdated systems and end-of-service products.
  7. Unless otherwise specified explicitly, the work hours at TelcoSolve will be between 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Any tasks expectation during weekends will be addressed based on mutual agreement of the involved parties. Saturday & Sundays are normal holidays, along with the region-specific government declared bank holidays.
  8. To ensure the integrity of official communication, only information published or received via the telcosolve.com domain is considered valid, as WhatsApp or any personal email-based exchanges are neither regarded as official channels nor used by us for company announcements.
  9. Enterprise Customers & Academia University partners are encouraged to reach us through our flagship product platform, T.I.P.S (TelcoSolve Integrated Platform Solutions / Threat Intelligence Platform Solutions) – The Globally recognized secured way of handling Telecom ICT Cybersecurity & ESG requirements adhering to GDPR /DPDP /PDPA etc.
