With TelcoSolve ®’s selection to cybersecurity cohort, at CySecK, an initiative from prestigious Indian Institute of Science (IISc), we are planning for global exploration towards offering network operation centre software solutions clubbed with cybersecurity offerings.

In this regard, we are planning to collaborate with Cybersecurity based startups and companies for mutual business interests, and interact with industry leaders in the Telecommunication segment, to address their immediate requirements covering Telecom OSS-BSS solutions clubbed with cybersecurity offerings covering but not limited to verificationauditingcertification, and zero-trust-security approach while delivering our TelecomIT & ITES system lifecycle management.

To provide context about TelcoSolve ®:

  1. We offer expert Solutions Consulting in Communication Technologies for global TelcosCSPISPDatacomSatCom service providers and vendor-partner companies. Our expertise includes network solutions, OSS-BSSNMS EMSCEMDPIhybrid cloudNOCSOC, and datacenters modernization in the telecommunications industry.
  2. We had successfully engaged in our first #b2b2c contract with Europe’s largest Telecom Operator. Our Communication Domain Software Life Cycle Management and customized solutions have gained significant traction in the global market. Notably, a German-based EV & autonomous driving Platform company also had expressed interest in our offerings and is engaging with us for Pre-Project PoC, around software systems integration solutioning.
  3. We have also received interest from several other global companies looking forward to leverage our Solutions, comprising both standardized and customized offerings, and also to drive #automation & productization of several processes in the near future.
  4. We are among five startups at NASSCOM 10000 Startups chosen for the prestigious Seed Spark Entrepreneurial Program early this year. This program has provided us with platforms to survey our market potential and drive productization of our processes in the near future.
  5. We are among eleven startups chosen this year by CySecK, an Indian Institute of Science (IISc) initiative, for their prestigious six-month Cybersecurity Cohort program, focusing on safeguarding our client solutions against cyber threats, including hardware & software API protection, malware analysis & protection against malware attacks, and adherence to #web3 processes.
  6. We believe that by collaborating with like-minded companies in the global communication technology arena, we can create mutually beneficial opportunities and contribute to the responsible economic development & growth.

Could it be with Radio Network Management, OR Centrally Organized Network & Service Management Centre (NOC/SOC) activities – Our team of employees have lived, loved & leveraged all their learnings through the fabulous journey in Communication Tech’ space, which resulted in bringing this company up, with their collective strong passion instilled!

Our Workplace Policy:

TelcoSolve has updated its workplace policy effective March 2025, which includes the following provisions:

  1. Currently, TelcoSolve operates under Hybrid Work Norms with need-based seating arrangements at nasscom startup facilities in Bangalore City, India (Or) at HSD Campus in Den Haag City, The Netherlands.
  2. For client-facing projects, a mutual workplace policy agreement will be signed between TelcoSolve and its clients before any project assignments commence. This agreement will also cover global compliances such as IFRS15, IR35, OHS, GST/iGST, LUT, IEC, etc. based on the business requirements of the project.
  3. For projects requiring onsite presence of TelcoSolve employees, they will abide by the workplace policy of the client’s office in that geography.
  4. Incentives for both Fixed-Term and Rolling Contracts will be mutually agreed and accepted between TelcoSolve management and its employees before project assignments commence. Apart from salary, any incentives will be specific to the contract or project.
  5. Regional and country-specific vaccination policies will be in place in mutual agreement with clients, employees and commercial partners as per each contract or project.
  6. For reverse engineering services, such engagements will fully comply with the region and country-specific trade laws & regulations and client contracts, including working on outdated systems and end-of-service products.
  7. Unless otherwise specified explicitly, the work hours at TelcoSolve will be between 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Any tasks expectation during weekends will be addressed based on mutual agreement of the involved parties. Saturday & Sundays are normal holidays, along with the region-specific government declared bank holidays.
